Cultivated in a remote valley in the Western Cape of South Africa, where agaves descended from Mexican stock have adapted over more than 300 years to ancient seabed soils and intense sun.
Agave
100% wild red agave — hand-harvested at full maturity. The distinctive red tips are shaped by the mineral-rich terrain and high-UV climate the plant has come to call home.
Production
Slow-cooked at low temperatures to preserve the agave's natural sweetness. Fermented with wild yeasts — no commercial strains — which gives Inzalo its signature creaminess and depth. Distilled to 43% ABV. Additive-free: no sugars, no colourants, no flavouring. Just agave and time.

Pinotage

Extremely limited single barrel and inaugural production of our Pinotage Barrel Rested spirit finished in end-of-life Pinotage barrels from Beyerskloof, the home of Pinotage.

French Oak

Extremely limited single barrel production of our French Oak Barrel Rested spirit, finished in a newly refurbished French oak wine barrel, medium toast.

American Oak

Only one 100L New American Oak barrel produced. The spirit was distilled to 64% and rested for over six months to allow for time to extract the sweetness and floral perfume created by the interaction of our Agave spirit and the new world oak.

Bourbon

Rested for over 7 months in a first fill Wild Turkey Bourbon barrel, the spirit was distilled to 64% and rested for over six months to allow for a gentle extraction of the caramel and spicey characters in the bourbon charred barrel.
