This June, the founders of Inzalo invite you into the room where it all begins. We are releasing our single barrel agave spirits to the public for the very first time - and we want to share that moment with the people who have been part of the journey.
On the evening, you will taste
Each pour guided by the founders. Each expression a chapter in the same story - wild agave, ancient soils, and the patience to let time do the work.
Our unaged expression. Wild Red Agave, wild yeast fermentation, and mountain water. Where it all began - pure, clean, and entirely its own.
Rested in a Vintage 2016 Pinotage barrel sourced from Beyerskloof. Subtle sweet spice, gentle oak, and delicate red wine characteristics. A globally singular expression.
Rested in a medium toasted French Oak barrel. Rich in colour, with flavours of honey, marmalade
and a rich saline finish.
Rested in a medium toasted American Oak barrel. Floral perfume, sweet spice, and an elegance that builds slowly and lingers
long after the glass is empty.
Rested in a first fill Wild Turkey Bourbon barrel. Warm, spiced, and deeply satisfying - caramel and sweet oak from the very first sip to the very last.

The evening is intentionally small. Under 20 guests per event - because the story of Inzalo deserves to be told up close.
The First Single Barrel Release - Private Tasting Evening | Cape Town
Your ticket covers a seated, founder-guided tasting through all five Inzalo expressions; Batch One and four single barrel releases, paired with snacks throughout the evening. You will also have exclusive first access to purchase hand-numbered single barrel bottles before they are available to anyone else. This is the full experience, not a standing tasting.
We are limiting each evening to 20 guests. This is intentional. The story of Inzalo deserves to be told up close, and we want every person in the room to leave knowing exactly what they tasted and why it matters.
Not at all. Whether you are deeply familiar with agave spirits or this is your first encounter with Inzalo, the evening is designed to meet you where you are. The founders will guide you through every pour - from what's in the glass to how it got there.
Yes, purchasing the bottles is entirely optional but you will be the first people in the world with access to these releases. Bottle pricing will be shared on the evening. We recommend coming with an open mind and an empty shelf.
Tickets are non-refundable. In the unlikely event that Inzalo needs to cancel or reschedule the evening, all ticket holders will be offered an alternative date or a full refund. For any queries, please reach out to us directly at info@inzaloagave.com.
